Oxygen is essential for life, making up about 61% of the human body. We breathe nearly 20,000 times a day, absorbing around 0.75 kilograms of oxygen.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment in which patients breathe pure oxygen inside a pressurized chamber. The oxygen concentration delivered is far higher than the 21% normally found at sea level. By raising oxygen pressure at the cellular level, HBOT accelerates healing and supports recovery from a wide range of conditions.
While HBOT is not a cure for most diseases, it has been proven to strengthen immunity, promote tissue repair, and help patients manage issues ranging from chronic wounds to complex disabilities. Side effects are minimal and usually short-lived.

Patented Fresh-Air System for Safer, Smarter HBOT

Bayint’s hyperbaric chambers feature a patented fresh-air system with interval ventilation. Every three minutes the chamber automatically refreshes the air with real-time monitoring, delivering up to 20m³ of clean air in 10 minutes. This keeps airflow natural, removes CO₂ efficiently, and ensures a safe, comfortable environment.

An automatic external drainage system is also built in. At the end of each therapy session the valve opens and discharges water automatically, eliminating manual supervision and ensuring smooth, reliable operation.

How HBOT Increases Oxygen and Accelerates Healing?

At normal sea-level conditions, the air we breathe contains only about 21% oxygen. Once inhaled, the oxygen pressure in the alveoli is around 110 mmHg, but by the time oxygen reaches the mitochondria, the pressure drops sharply to just 7.5–11 mmHg. This means cells normally operate under limited oxygen supply.

Inside a hyperbaric oxygen chamber (1.0–2.0 ATA), patients breathe 100% pure oxygen. Under these conditions, the oxygen pressure in plasma can rise to 80–125 mmHg, far above normal levels. With such a dramatic increase in dissolved oxygen, oxygen can reach tissues and organs more efficiently, without relying solely on red blood cells.

This elevated oxygen pressure provides cells with more energy, supports metabolism and repair, helps restore damaged tissues, strengthens immune response, and speeds recovery from chronic conditions, wounds, and inflammation. In short, HBOT works by increasing dissolved oxygen in the blood, creating an energy-rich cellular environment that accelerates healing and promotes long-term health.
